Good, but not great. Small little fast food joint. The place has quite few seats, even less if you consider that Covid forced them to increase social distancing requirements. Place is clean and decorated with holiday themes, quite pleasant to be in. There is a drive-in place available. Food is good. It's barely worth the price for what you get, and only if you look for the deals. For 5 € you can get double cheeseburger meal with ice cream as extra desert. Burger is quite small and probably may not really fill you up. Also, does anyone really care about the presentation (just look at the picture)? Seems to me like the person who made it, just doesn't give a F about what comes out of the kitchen... Fries are OK, could use a bit more salt though. Ice cream was tasty, still not as good compared to McFlurry. Tea was good it's even organic, so thumbs up for that ! The problem so far has been with over hiding consumables. Order is served: no spoon for ice cream, no napkins, no sugar for the tea... And they are hidden somewhere, so you have to go out and try to get them from staff. What an annoying experience! Is that about the environment annoying customers or saving a few euro cents... don't know...

I am not coming again to Umera Hesburger and do not recommend you neither. You will wait long. Save your time. Really slow and completely not client-friendly place. When I come to fast-food cafe I expect my order to be prepared ASAP. Now a bit in timing. Ordered: 19.25 Marked to be ready till 19.40 (15 minutes are more than enough to prepare two burgers and fries) Arrived at 19.40 to find out that my order has not been even prepared yet, so I was forced to wait for another 12 minutes. They have not even START preparing it during 15 minutes since my order time. In addition: I came to a cashier's desk and showed a girl there my order number. She said that pick-up numbers are not for her (in a not really polite form, as I expect from Staff). Few minutes later a guy came to the same cashier, to the same girl and showed her an order number. Guess what? She was completely FINE with taking his order. No apologizes for the delay of my order for 12 (!!!) minutes, no thanks for waiting to make me, as a client, feel better after that. Thanks for a nice impression, I am not coming again to Umera Hesburger and do not recommend you neither.
