A small vet clinic on town border. Doctors ready to offer fast and quality service.
Such an assessment is due to a lady who appeared at your reception, who was not intended to work with clients at all. Starting from her ridiculous appearance with the hairstyle of a 9 year old girl and ending with her inability to speak, to be polite and attentive to clients. My opinion coincided with the opinion of another person who encountered her both on the phone and in person. So, we can confidently say that this is not my personal dislike or picky. A person takes on a lot, despite the fact that he is nothing. The first time they encountered her, I thought that this was a new job for her, and this happens due to inexperience, it will take time to learn, but, unfortunately, after a while we can now confidently say that working with clients is not her strong point. Throw in the neck, you will lose clients.
Good veterinary clinic. There is parking. It can be reached by public transport, just a little walk. Friendly staff. All explained. All done. Thank.
Do not recommend. I was run for a whole month and finally got a diagnosis from another clinic that the cat had a tumor and there was nothing more to do.
It would be possible to give a rating of 0, would put. Disgusting clinic with disgusting staff. I especially want to highlight the young girl of the veterinarian, who apparently did not finish her studies, since she is afraid of animals and no knowledge.
I was very disappointed in the quality of services, I naturally will not advise.
