It's good to have a hardware store in a smaller place - often saves a 50km+50km drive to Tallinn. OK, but understandably not the widest selection - we mostly find our basic hardware stuff there. The servicing is usually quite good - no or very short queues, the ladies at the counter know what they have and what they don't have.

Not a complete choice but things can be done ....
