There is no call queue on the reception phone - the call is disconnected if the line is busy and you have to try again continuously. In addition, the corridor doors of the new building are too difficult to open.

Absolutely empty place! Does not know the laws, does not understand what the patient is talking about, prescribes the wrong treatment, does not see a specialist, confuses patients' names. Unfit for medical treatment.

I had to write a sick leave. For two and a half hours I tried to call the family doctor. They did not pick up the phone, the registry directed to the nurse, the nurse to the family. There was an auto-dialer, so it seems that the receiver was simply picked up and placed next to the phone. At the reception, a woman said in Estonian that she didn’t write sick leave and hung up without even listening. As a result, the nurse allegedly wrote out an additional number (while there was no one in the corridor except the mother and the baby). As a result, the sick person sat and infected a small baby. Great service!

It is not possible to see a family doctor. The reason given is that a lot of doctors are on vacation. Phone calls are not answered during a call. When responding to a request for information, the name of the substitute doctor, which is missing from all lists of doctors, is written. The number of the sister on vacation that is allegedly directed to the number of another sister does not match. The manager is unable to answer why the General Practitioner's Work Organization is not followed in this institution.
