Impossible to reach neither a doctor, nor nurse by phone. Receptionist is unfriendly, always horrible experience

Many thanks to all the staff of the ENDOSCOPY department, and to Dr. Rizepere Attentive sensitive kind, professionals in their field. And special thanks to the doctor anesthesiologist. I do not advise anyone. The receptionist is rude and redirected to a nurse or family. It is impossible to get through to them. Two and a half hours on the autodial! They say that there are no places, and when you come to an appointment, the entire corridor is empty. P. S. Teach the receptionist to be polite, otherwise it's just disrespectful to talk to patients like that.
