The products had to be in stock. 3 weeks later when I asked about the situation, their customer service couldn’t say when the products will be available. I wished a good rest of my life. In English I ordered products that were in stock at the moment, but after 3 weeks after I emailed their customer service I was told that they don't really know when the products are available, or that it can take up to 3 months. I canceled the whole order.

Delivery is right. When the kayak falls down, the backrest goes straight away from the refraction point, ie the very first time. So we tested the kayak by pouring it deliberately. Really special. When I gave feedback, I got the answer that it is not covered by warranty, ordering gets new and it's easy to install ... Secondary product, huge disappointment. Bad situation.
