Cheap prices compared to Finland and option to ship to Finland, but overall I can not recommend shopping here. I filled my basket online and asked for an offer. After I paid the offer I was informed that some items are not even available, they were refunded but the shipping costs remained. The communication however was friendly and swift. The order arrived about 12 days after it was paid. I was not informed that I would have to provide a truck for unloading the shipment myself, but luckily I was able to organize one quickly. The main reason I can not recommend eHomer is however that I made the mistake of not opening every package and counting each item. I only noticed half a year later that an original product package which read "10 pieces" only contained 6. I of course did not open each item to measure, count or weigh if the text on the package would be true. In this case I should have done that. The eHomer customer support was unwilling to refund anything, stating that I would have had the obligation to do this sort of control upon receiving the shipment. This left me quite unhappy with their support and I would not recommend them unless one is willing to take risks of not having faulty/missing items refunded. ***Update*** As a response to the owner: As I also stated in my mail, I have no intention to smear your reputation or blackmail you. After you informed me that you were not willing to refund I informed you that I will contact the consumer protection as I was not happy with your resolution, and that I would also share my experience with others to warn about this scenario. Of course the reason to write the review only now, was the fact that I was quite unhappy with the interaction, but I did my best to write a holistic review pointing out what I liked and did not like.

Very fast response, professional advise, good delivery times, good prices. Webpage logical, found all I need and got all I need. Really recommend these guys!

The broadcast arrived in a day. The driver called about 17:30 that Shell already has. We arranged a meeting at 6pm. The truck was easily found and the driver came to deliver the goods. The driver did not wear a mask, but we did. We picked up the goods in the car and checked the waybill. ALRIGHT.

Good service, offers came quickly and delivery in a few days. I recommend if you want cheap building materials!
