Probably no one there speaks Estonian. I took part in Maardu's adventure orienteering by bicycle and there were a lot of people outside. Only Russian could be heard. It can be concluded from this that if there are any Estonians left, they will not communicate. Two checkpoints were marked in the village of Rootsi-Kallavere. At one of these farms, the owner must have come to the gate to talk. Still in Russian. The region seems controversial: the signs are in Estonian, but life is in Russian. The locals could face the truth and make everything in Russian, it would be easier for themselves and strangers would also understand what it was all about, not only the facade would be Estonian.
