How to they motivate their staff to be that level? It's always very nice to be there and enjoy the food. Specialy like what effort do they put in tn to deserts :)

We went for breakfast in a very nice winter morning with snow and cool light. The view is really beautiful and food was good too. The waitress very kind. Pricy but the view it's worth the upcharge. For sure we will come again for lunch or dinner.

The restaurant has an incredible view and very nicely decorated interior. However, I have been to many restaurants in the past that have incredible views and nice decoration who charge extortionate prices for the menu items that aren’t that great, just because the restaurant has a great view. I was hoping that NOA would be different, but sadly I was disappointed again. I do not mind paying more money when the food is above average or better quality, but this is not the case. This restaurant is specifically overcharging for the starters/snacks as well as the cocktails and drinks. The main menu items were good, but I still am unsure of whether they were priced fairly compared to their taste/quality. Lastly, I was there on a Wednesday night because of a special occasion, and with that was expecting wait times to be minimal. This was not the case; the waiting times were inexcusable and unacceptable. In some instances, single items had wait times of 30+ mins. (Ex: Crème Brûlée). Also our table was not noticed and had to keep notifying different waitress’. Lastly, I would love to come back to NOA in the future but definitely not till the prices change. At least for drinks and starters/snacks. They are far overpriced for what they are and I would not recommend ordering them.

Duck taco was really good. Service was average, rather dull. One in our group did not get the main Food at the time, another had already eaten when she finally got her food. And the water bottle was 5€ each in this restaurant. We were served by two different waitresses who were having their first evening and they forgot and mixed stuff all the time.

Very nice tiny little cubby hole tavern on the north side. All you can eat pasta on Fridays and rib specials on Sundays ! NOA tavern is run by 3 Canadian sisters and they are very wholesome and Christian
