The worst banking loan experience ever! Loan, repayment schedule and actual loan agreement clearly stated the final payment date 12 September. Kept receiving messages in October to pay October month. When called to CS - explained that last payment was in September as per loan agreement and repayment schedule. The reply was - “impossible, you have a wrong agreement and repayment schedule”. Customer service not listening to the issue and of course not willing to resolve anything. This is not something you expect from money service business in 2020. Very dodgy. Guess have to file a complaint to the court.

Cool people, good services. Awesome new office, parking is a bit of a hassle though. PS, customer service is on the 4th floor

It seems that the same path will be followed as ever by hansabank in its time ... it is not recommended to take a loan..the customer is nobody.

A very inhumane company. Customers are not cared for, they only care about money and profit.

I am very pleased with this office. I think one of the best banks in Estonia in relation to clients.
