Worst receptionists ever. We usually don’t expect anything extraordinary anywhere from this part of the crew but in general they should be more friendly and at least say “Hi” in return. The only thing you’ll get in return here is their indifferent faces. Very disappointing.

As usually, nice service. As usually got some discount, what could be better than less payment 😃😃😃. Hot coffee or tea and friendly people.

After 3rd diagnostics and warranty service Skoda Octavia with 107000 km has same issues. Warranty ends at 120000. I bet they will find very expensive issue with fuel injection system after that.

Great service, kind and understanding receptionists. All the workers are super friendly and kind. Always gotten great service here. Though the parking lot is rather small, the service is super quick. The workers have great humour and do their best to give you a comfortable experience. Sometimes some of the service tables have candy, which is rather great for children. You can get coffee and water as you wait, there's a nice sitting area as well. You can also sit and check out the showcased cars. The receptionist will happily give you more information about the cars as well! The displayed cars also have signs about the price and additional information in front of it. And if you get hungry, there's a store nearby, which makes it a rather smartly placed store. A small amount of cars are displayed on the inside, but most of the cars are outside. Just make sure not to mistake someone's car with the store's actual cars. There's even a bus stop nearby, if you'd rather walk there. The traffic nearby is a rather small problem though. Otherwise this store is great! I recommend giving this a look! The receptionists are super polite! Give it a look ❤️

Very fast and professional service. Lots of different models in the showroom for you to browse. Parking is a bit of a hassle, because there are not so many spots.
