Autospirit Sõpruse

Slow service. Cars fall apart every month and they do not fix the problems. I jave experience with 3 different Autospirts and that one is yhe worst, but because of compqny policy I am forced to dealth with them. Once waited an hour to talk to the service man. He said he doesn't have time and walked away - yes that is right. Two pther employes waited with me until 50minutes later he stood up and helped me get my replacement car. If calling there, secretary takes yhe call and tells you need to wayt for a callback from the right person for the job. The callbacks take forever, sometimes several hours and even happens they wont call you at all. I reccomend any other Autospirit(although most of them have bad client relations).

Really bad service, they call me and told they don’t have time to deal with my car, I ask to fix many things and they didn’t, after they charge me for one diagnostic the I ask previously to do. I don’t recommend this place at all. By the way they may call you liar

We bought a used car from Autospirit Sõpruse office 4 months ago and we are very satisfied. Communication with the used car sales representative, Jaanus Pertel, was very simple and friendly. We were immediately provided with all the information about the car - both the pros and cons, as well as the items that need to be replaced next (wearing parts). The sales documents were transmitted very quickly and conveniently in digital form (since we could not sign on site). During these 4 months, there have been no problems with the car and the machine is running very well. I can recommend the used car sales department of this deal to everyone.

Money is being taken, good ways are desired - there is no solution to the problem
