Been using this car wash for years and they get the car clean. Good thing that they start with pressure washer to remove stickiest dirt and then the machines take over. There's also possible to use vacuum cleaner.

This is my favourite car wash in Tallinn for two reasons: 1. Fast - even if there's a small queue of a few cars, it takes literally a few minutes to get your car clean; This is much faster than in Statoil wash - where each car takes 10mins+. I made the mistake of going there once and waited for nearly an hour. 2. Decent quality - they power-wash the car manually and also apply some detergent before sending it down the normal wash with automated brushes. Downsides: It's getting expensive - 16EUR for a pretty basic brush-wash feels a lot. Brushes supposedly hurt the paint of the car more than touchless washing, but I have an old cheap car, so not really an issue.
