Few days back I pushed 10€ cash into machine for coins and I haven't got any coin back and had to switch to other car wash. But I wrote an email to official smart wash email address and they respond quickly also told me sooner I will have my 10€ back into my account. So I will rate 5/5 as it was just a machine error. I hope nobody else is gonna suffer it.

Good self-service car wash. Accepts cards. 6-7 eur is enough for average saloon car. I recommend.
