R-Kiosk Tallinna Bussijaama ootesaal

So today I went to buy a water before my bus. And I saw the self-service counter and thoguht - great! I'll just use that real quick and be on my way. However, the lady behind the counter started yelling at me in Russian. I couldn't make out much, but the word "imbecile" was quite loud and clear. People were staring. "Did you just call me an imbecile?" I asked. She said nothing, only glared at me with eyes full of hate. Apparently the self-service counter had been broken and she was angry at me for trying to use it. Mind you - there was no Out of Order sign or notice. It looked regular, ready for business. So, she didn't say anything else - just nodded at the water, clearly telling me to hurry a long and pay her. I just said "No thank you, then" and left. Lovely service, thanks a lot...

3 ladies behind the counter, chatting loudly in Russian, looking annoyed with their lives and customers. Thought it should still be ok, I get that working on a Sunday morning sucks. I put my card in and see the transaction being finished, however, the lady is gone mid-transaction, gone to continue her chat. Cool beans, almost left without giving you the signature. Attitude & service - 1/5

Most terrible Coffee there. Mostly same level with services.

Their wraps are 2 times smaller than on a picture. Not worth the money.

Sadly there are only one kiosk you can choose. Be prepare to get worst servise experience. Their customer service will be ruin your day. Hahaha
