Today's appointment for my 2 year old daughter was a complete disaster. I had to take off from work. I had specifically asked for a children's dentist: "This is for a 22 months old girl. We need someone with experience with children". I even called multiple times and each time they said the scheduled doctor, Dr. Veiber is good with children. When I got there it turned out that Dr. Veiber is not a children's dentist at all. She behaved extremely unfriendly and was very surprised that the appointment was for a child and not myself. Then she simply sent us out telling us she cannot do this. Not even a simple smile to my daughter who by then started crying. What a disappointment! Unbelievably bad service and had to waste 1/2 of my work day. BEWARE. There are many other great dentists in Tallinn. I won't waste my time with this company.

Everything is ideal. Dr.Kondrin is great and knows what he does. He is quite responsive, answers your questions after surgeries/ surgery either via email or phone call. In a word, totally professional. The staff/assistants are also great.

Exactly as I was about to enter their building, I got a call from the secretary saying "Your visit is cancelled, the doctor does not work here any more" :) Excellent timing, especially after I spent 40 minutes getting there. What's peculiar, not even once did they say "sorry", as if this was totally normal scenario. Comment on your response. I was unreachable only a week before. The receptionist could've called me 1, 2, 3, ... days before, or at least the same day, even a couple of hours before would do. Instead she called me two minutes before a visit, which just makes no sense. I can't see what's "face-to-face" to it. I do appreciate your specialists but I can't afford that kind of time management in the future, especially if nobody in the company sees any problems with it.
