The queue of orders was very long, so we had to wait more than 40 min. In this case, a customer service representative should acknowledge about a peak. Also, we ordered in a company of five people and all orders came in different time! Really, french fries for kids could not take half an hour to prepare. I understand that they prepare orders for take out, but people eating in should be given the priority...
Food itself was fine - just a really bad customer service experience
Unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service. Order received incorrectly by charging 2 take away packages when i wanted to eat in. Dissapointed, at least food is nice
Best chefs in Tallinn. Even better than the Chopsticks in Mustamäe, which is also amazing!
Ok food. Service is bad. Preorders have had items missing several times (items that you have paid for). Double check what you get every time!
