There was a great desire to buy a sofa. At the end of October we came to the Telliskivi office and discussed everything on the spot. Then we started waiting for a quote. Time passed, I wrote several times, called and asked when we could place a quote and order, but the company only had excuses and promises to do everything in the near future. Once it turned out that Velly had completely forgotten about our order. It will be 3 months soon and so far we have not received a quote or a sofa. I understand everything, the reasons may be different, especially during a pandemic, but I also think that this attitude is unprofessional. It is a great pity that our experience with Rekson OÜ (Telliskivi representative office) was like this.
