They eventually fixed up our kitchen, which I guess is good considering you could be left hanging ordering from a smaller company, but still there was lots of stress and hours wasted. They're overbooked, cannot guarantee skilled technicians, they don't connect or wire anything (you can ask your tech, but bring anywhere between 50-200 cash for this service), any complaints will be brushed off at least initially. Our real estate developer made us a deal where they pay 5k of our kitchen. Total cost was about 7.5k, which I would say is way too much, but I've a nagging feeling the developer didn't really shell out 5k, making Arens less motivated to provide quality and prompt fixes.

We have ordered kitchen here 6 months ago and they did not install on time as they promised it was delayed. And now we have an issue we've sent them an email a month ago and still no answer. So we have an evidence and their phone never answer.

We were here wiht my husband and we have not yet got any models of the kitchen we were discuss. Still hoping to have some.
