Ordered a boardgame. Game title was in Estonian and English in the parenthesis. I would've loved to get any version - estonian or english. When the game arrived I made it as a gift to my friend and to our surprise it was in Latvian or Lithuanian. Very disappointed in that outcome and the support has not been very helpful in resolving this

If I could I would not even give them 1 star- Delivery time pushed back several times, no warnings & package still not here. Responding to e-mails takes 5-7 days and I don't think you can say that they have customer support- definitily they have no standards on how to reply to their customers- not to talk about solving their concerns. Would not recommend & for sure will not order from them again- just hope after all those weeks I am still able to get my order......

I have bought computer parts from them. They are slow, really-really slow, but their service and prices are nice. So, when not in a hurry, they might be a good choice. :)

I have been lied to multiple times about the deadlines. Nowhere in the order process was I warned that deliveries may be delayed. Customer support is arrogant and says that they can't do anything about delays nor compensate or aleviate customers who have been waiting. I asked to get a contact to talk to someone higher up and was only offered a general email adress.

wanted to order headphones but cannot because price is under 9,95 .Headphones cost 9,81.Very disappointed. :(
