The sonographer who performed my 20 weeks ultrasound today, 26 Feb 2021 at 09:00 is having little to zero compassion. A 20 weeks milestone ultrasound is very important for most expectants mother. As we are also limited for the visit (husband is not permitted to come due to COVID and this is totally fine), she also managed to get 4 photos of 3Ds which all are very useless, almost nothing is visible and everything are blurred, thank you for that - my husband is also not able to have a clear picture. She could`ve make better photos as she took 30 mins to performed the ultrasounds. What she did was just measuring that the baby has all the organs, the sizes of them and thats all. Once the session is concluded, She only say `that is all for now, bye`. Due to this unprofessionalism I have to arrange for another ultrasound in a private clinic. I wish you can train your medical staffs better - of hire someone who love to do the job!

Very friendly, competent and helpful personnel! Clean rooms. Only the food for post birth family rooms is sad.
