I only give one star for the price. Fortunately, tomorrow the contract expires and I invest a couple more euros and choose another insurance company. The reason was that there was an accident in the parking lot, I sent pictures by e-mail of how the other car had scraped the bars and asked if the insurance would cover it or not, I am waiting for an answer to this day (4 months). Definitely not recommended!

Do not recommend!!! can't stop voluntary insurance, very bad communication, never buy BTA again. I recommend staying away or bringing a lawyer before buying insurance !!!
