Hello! I had a casco insurance of my car. I had problem with engine. I called them i explain. They send me to service after that i was need to call them to ask. They forget about me. The service that i was they told me cannot repair my car because they dont have special tools for it. I told them From the bigging the problem i have i already now and only 2 service in tallinn can repair my car. They just tell u need to go there i loose 2 days of my time . After all this i call them and they told me a colegue will call me today. . Her name was Helina. This colegue never call me in today i called them back ask when i will repaur my car? Already 4 days? Another woman answer and she didnt know nothing about my problem. A VERY BAD QUALLITY THEY DONT CARE . IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TOMORROW 17.09.2020 TO CALL ME.

Have an all 100 pct insurance risk with If .but they refused to cover a small damage although seems that their kogu risk is a joke .It seems not really serious insurance company .Will not recommend it only be cautious with them.

I was driving home from Sweden to Estonia and i had a flat tire. Called them and they asked for the address and sent out help immediately. Amazing service and it all took less than 5 minutes on the phone. 6 stars ⭐️
