Said he did not know where to get a new one, he demanded 40e and walked away. Now a bunch of loose pieces are floating in the bathroom and the situation is even worse than before coming. Priceless. Possible only in Estonia.

IT'S JUST AWFUL! The dispatcher girl said that they would come at 9 o'clock in the morning to clean the pipe. Waited 2 hours, no one came at all. We were not called or warned about anything. Honestly, after reading the reviews, I'm glad they didn't come. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK! Obviously, the firm just wants to raise its rating.
