My friend called the clinic and spoke English. The employee who doesn't say a word just hung up. The second time I called, the employee was still able to speak and say "wait a minute" in English and called another employee who speaks Russian. To my indignation about how it is possible to act so rudely with clients, the employee asked "what should she have done"? If you think that you can hang up when a client calls you, you have obvious problems not only with elementary education, but also with running a business. Happy New Year!
