Forgot my order even after I asked once. Waited 45 minutes. Food was good, but please do something about the service.
I am a weekly visitor in different locations and it is a constanty mediocre or bad service across different locations. One of the franchises where you always have to check if they got your order right. I literally just come for the food.
Paid money, got my burger. Fair trade good food.

Used preorder, when arrived half an hour later, still not ready, low on staff, then was given wrong order and well my bad, didn't check there, but fries were missing.
