The PRO Kosmeetika is a nice store. There are many products and prices are lower than in other stores. But I would not recommend ordering products online. It's just a disaster. It says 6 day delivery, but my item was not shipped for 3 weeks. I called them three times and every time they said that my goods will be shipped tomorrow (I still haven't received my order). Buy in store and do not order online.

I was looking for c:ehko products, came across this company and made a trial order just to see how it works, as I have never ordered from Estonia before. Good job I didn’t make a large order!!!! They contacted me several days later to say that one item was not in stock and that the order would be delayed, which was fine. Then a few days later they sent a very short message saying that they couldn’t fulfil my order and they would provide a refund. Several days later I chased them up about the refund and after being ignored, I then contacted them via Instagram. After some miserable communication and excuses I eventually received a refund 3 weeks later. However, the refund was for €38 rather than the £38 I paid. Of course, after currency conversion, I received less - £34, rather than the £38 originally paid. The bottom line is: The website displays items as in stock but you won’t know until you actually pay for your order. The customer service is pretty miserable, slow and unreliable. British buyers beware, you will not receive your refund in pounds so will therefore lose money!! If you still decide to buy then pay through PayPal (they will charge PayPal fees on top).

I got to this company through a friend who has her business in Norway and she recommend me PRO KOSMEETIKA it is how I came across with this supplier. At the beginning I created an account so I can request my orders. Firstly, it took almost a week and I needed to contact the company because they never received my requested. Even I sent them a prove of the payment they didn’t brother to check and after insisting they would. I have purchased different orders over 1000€  so far and every order I did, it never got on time. Something that brought my attention is how poor is the customer service at this company. I contacted Marylin who seems to be the manager of the location on Tulika and she seemed every time annoying for any question you could ask as a client. One of my order I enquired exchange of size product since she was who recommend was the best, I ASKED HER OPINION AS PERSON WHO SUPPOSED SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECOMMEND ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. from one of my order due to the time they took so long to send it I wasn’t able to take it with me (since I’m mobile professional) and I do service around in Europe and Canada. My orders are made to be send to Spain) But not only that I bought products recently and I’ve been sending email for 2 weeks to request the track number so I can know when exactly I can pass by and pick them up and trying to contact them but they don’t even respond. However, they do see the email and read the messages on viber message. The person who I contacted was MARYLIN with wasn’t friendly from the beginning it seems she has a personal problem instead doing their job. I don’t understand how they can do business. I keep enquiring to have my product exchange as the track number of the new order so Im still waiting…… This is very upsetting and there is a lack of proper training in customer service with the staff of this company, and if this person MARYLIN is the owner is even more embarrassing. This is not a way to treat clients and I am greatly discouraged
