Amazing first experience. The staff were very friendly, calm and professional. My dog had a big tick in his ear, and they saw us within minutes and took the tick out faster than I even realized. My dog was not in any discomfort and came out of the clinic in a great mood :)
They also recommended a very good quality preventative treatment and suggested to do a follow up blood test in a few months, which was very helpful to know. Very thorough service.
Went there with our 3 months old very sick puppy. They Left me waiting in a room for 2 hours without informing or speaking with me in any way. After i asked for second time what was happening they finally spoke to me and said it can take up to 6 hours. Hope i never have to come here again.
