Many thanks to PetCity workers and PetHotell especially! Took our large dog for five nights as we had no relatives or friends in Tallinn as we normally do... All staff is very friendly which is very unusual for Estonia, I must admit :) Kristi from PetHotell explained everything to us in English, which was great, too! It is obvious that they are all pet lovers. Very friendly, very pleasant experience. Our dog was not stressed too much, was happy with walks, and we had a camera where we were checking how long they walk them (around 45 min), how they play and treat them. Recommended!

Got a deworming treatment for my dog - no issues. Also, got a consultation session with the trainer - this was great!

Analyzes for a cat have made three weeks instead of one. During this time the cat became worse. As a result, could not diagnose pneumonia and the cat died (all this time he was treated for asthma, although they showed him a cat and said that he does not help. Doctors did not even want to look at the cat. It may have been complications after anesthesia, but why they did not say this, or they are not competent). Do not go to this clinic !!!!

Bad experience with reception desk and doctors: I paid a lot for an European passport for my pet and (after dully informing them in advance that the dog was chipped already) they decided to add a second chip to my dog. They forgot to stamp rabis vaccine in the passport (if my regular vet at pets.ee didn't check I would be in trouble while travelling). They also sold me an outdated medication for deworming and ticks. They told me that they would give one pill for free to deworm... but so far nothing! They also did not remove the additional (illegal) chip from my dog's neck and this will require general anesthesia :( They also asked me for a vaccination before my dog stayed at their hotel and my current vet also discovered that the dog would only need that vaccine next year! The clinic looks however clean and one wouldn't guess the big mess that goes behind closed doors and the "outside beauty" . I do not recommend this clinic (I tried two diferent vets!)
