Very sketchy intuition(at least in Tallinn), be aware. Also, customer support was unfriendly, didn't know anything, and just unhelpful. Competition does it better.

Zero client orientation and client care, total lack of any adequate communication at all levels, inability and obvious unwillingness to address even the simpliest issues, offer or discuss any solutions that client needs, extremely arrogant and highly unprofessional attitude, even directly and intentionally damaging client's interests - to name just a few. Never experienced such irreverent attitude towards a client in a good standing! Having extensive experience with lots of different financial institutions worldwide - Citadele beats them all by its malpractice. Definetely no, both for personal and business matters

I never do online feedback but the quality of service of business clients in Citadele AS Eesti filiaal is unacceptable. During one month my company sent several requests and only got two letters from Communication specialist with 1-2 sentences within those two letters. No alternatives were suggested nor proper explanation of the situation. I guess their busses is doing well and they do not need new clients or save older clients. You lost us.

The worst bank I have ever dealt with.

You guys are the worst on the market! Your clerks are unfriendly, illiterate, do not know how or do not want to solve any issues and are incompetent in solving them. I do not advise anyone to contact this bank !!! People, take care of your nerves and money, bypass them 😉
