I previously posted a 5-star review for this business, but I am adjusting it to a 2-star review because I recently got the worst haircut of my life here. I asked for my hair to sit on my shoulders, but the hairdresser cut my hair up to my chin (more than 6cm shorter than I asked for). I don't usually post such negative reviews, but my new haircut is honestly so awful that I can't just say nothing. My experiences up until this point were extremely positive, so it is a shame about this recent experience.
