Caution. After visiting this property, be sure to take photos before moving out. We have visited this place over the years, both with family and with companies. There were never any questions about the renting of the houses. They always cleaned up after themselves and there were no complaints against us. The last time, 2 days after our departure, an e-mail came with photographs that we broke something. After several calls to the reception, we were given conflicting information, as a result of which we decided to communicate only via e-mail. All our specific questions were answered in general terms and an invoice was sent for payment. Photos in the house were taken two days after our departure and anything could have happened, but the administration, in response to all our questions, said that we were blacklisted and required to pay the bill. We transfer further communication with this place to a lawyer as everything looks like a fraud and an attempt to extort money Caution.
