If i could i could give minus stars i would definetely do that. The woman and the counter didnt give a damn about customers. I went in there 2 times and bought Nice e-juices. But if it wasnt for the fact that im a tourist, and didnt have that many options to buy e-juices, i kinda had to. The woman gave the death look like she was gonna kill me for asking advices in English which she clearly didnt know the slightest how to speak. I actually went to Tartu in a store with the same brand, and I bought a really Nice vape with great service. Go buy your vapes elsewhere.. Trust me... Not worth the try to talk with her
