The work of the staff is terrible. They just run away and hide from the clients. Sometimes you wait for a worker for 20-30 minutes to help you. Last time the worker was absent in a pipe departmet and I ask staff from others departments to help me but they said it's not their duty and ignored me. So I lost 40 minutes and had to go to other place and make an order there. And it's not the first or second time I experience such a "willingness" and "helpfulness" from that place staff. Can't recommend this place at all. One star

Super helpful staff. They always find a way to make your experience better suggesting better deals or offering help to order goods not currently available at the store. Although the store is quite small the selection is comparable to the biggest shops in Estonia. There is a yard for gardening stuff and warehouse for general building materials like timber, stones and such. Recommend over newly opened Espak next to Bauhof.
