Reception staff is rude, uninterested and unable to complete tasks to a professional standard. Examples: Informed them my address was wrong on the form supplied, reply was - ' it doesn't matter, no one is going to write to you'. Tried to make a change to time of burial during the process, was told that all has been booked and finalised and promptly shown the door. The lady literally got up and opened the door for me to leave. Neither did she attempt to answer any of my questions. Shocking ineptitude and rude behaviour. Will be looking to make alternative arrangements, even though I've paid for the burial. Sorry, but try harder.

Like every other cemetery in Tallinn. Everything is the same as in any Estonian cemetery.
