Very bad communication and customer service. The truck couldn't deliver the birch container because of the snow in the street (fair enough), but instead of calling me to try and work out a solution, they just left. When I called myself to enquire later, I was told to "wait until the snow melts"... No alternative solution or apology given. I was given a refund straight away, albeit without any communication from the company.

Super good price. Fast service, lift and transport if needed.
