Ordered 4 chairs, one had different color. Late reaction to sent complaint, but chair was replaced. Correct color, good quality.

Very unpleasant service. This company serviced NULL points. Problems with the product and the customer cannot be solved. However, also for e-mails and tel. calls are not answered seeing customer no. not accepted. I tried another no. call then passed 1 min. when adopted. I do not recommend ordering anything from anyone in this company. The management is at the same level as the service providers NULL.

The ordered furniture was delayed for 2 months. There was a problem receiving the goods. When assembling the furniture, it turned out that some details were missing. Not recommended, very poor service.

Service completely deficient! The service provider is not able to make an installment payment through the installment provider "Holmbank". It was said on the spot that we would not receive a post-payment of more than EUR 500 on the basis of the income data entered. DON'T believe it and we called Holm Bank ourselves, where they said we could, of course! After that, I talked to Welle's attendant on the phone about what kind of sofa I wanted and what kind of fabric. Half of the Russians are all there and no one understands anything. You were asked to write by e-mail. I wrote in wood and red and I still get some "garden sticks" from there. I don't dare order anything from there because the slots don't really understand anything there. "If you order a sofa, you will get ice cream in 4 months for 1200 euros ..." Delivery time 4 months! I stand up for four months v ??? .... unreal place ....

I do not recommend this furniture showroom. A leather sofa was bought, (≈2000 €), whose paint cracked after a year and a half. They replied to my appeal that it was my own fault, since I was allegedly constantly sitting on wet skin (even on the back of the sofa) and in general all their skin was certified. Very unprofessional attitude ...
