If you have Estonian ID card then it's very easy, otherwise you have some paperwork to do. On the information desk not everyone speaks English only Russian perhaps, but treatment was very competent and quick. doctors always speak English.

We visited this hospital as foreigners. Although it was difficult to find someone to understand us in the beginning, we were helped really fast after they got someone to translate for us. We got amazing service. The docter couldn't speak English but he understood us perfectly and diagnosed out my sons medical issue within minutes. Very Clean hospital, friendly and patient staff considering they dont understand what we were trying to say.

My 13 year old daughter got appendicitis while we were visiting Tallinn and I brought her here. They were able to get her into surgery quickly and she received good care during the days after. Most of the doctors and nurses speak good English and they were very helpful.

Very rude and impolite service.(Reception & some doctors) No Wifi.
