Freedom Villa Residents

Arriving at the accommodation, a terrible stink awaited us, even though the window was open. In the common bathroom, after the former residents, dirt, toothpaste and hair residue were greeted in the already moldy and dirty bath. The fridge they advertised was a shared fridge with the others and a small amount of yogurt would no longer fit in it. The kitchen equipment consisted of a microwave oven and two water heaters, no plates, no cutlery, and I couldn’t find a stove. The bathroom, complete with toiletries, had a shower gel, hand soap and two rolls of toilet paper. Unfortunately, we only noticed afterwards that the hair dryer was on the microwave in the kitchen. The owner closes the gates between 1 and 5 a.m. so I can’t go and come when I want to. We then left the accommodation and found one where it was possible to occupy under human conditions despite the Covid virus. Unlike the pictures on booking.com, the accommodation used to not look disappointing. Most beautifully, the owner deducted the price of the accommodation twice from my credit card, one of which has already been refunded, however we did not get the price of the accommodation back despite notifying booking.com of the problem and the accommodation accepted the free cancellation. We are still waiting for our money back, now we are trying chargeback.
