Subway

Ordered the Spicy Meatless queen. They didn't understand what I wanted, just made confused faces. The wrap was supposed to be vegan but when they started making it, they put cheese on the vegan meat. I asked how's that vegan when you put cheese on it and they apologized, threw the vegan meat with cheese away and made a new one. Also their speech was not understandable. The wrap wasn't spicy at all and had too much sugary sauce in it and the wrap was warm from only one side.

As a customer one would assume that the same standards apply to Subway restaurants regardles of one is. Apparently this is not the case with regards to yourchicken welfare policy in Europe. Given Europe leads the world on animal welfare, this is completely unjustifiable and should be urgently addresses.

Luckily before I submitted my rating, I found out about the European Chicken Commitment whose requirements Subway Europe doesn't meet. I was shocked by the suffering of the chickens that are used in your products. Therefore I cannot give a positive rating for my eating experience at this restaurant.

Just like any other subway.

Mediocre service and the food is okay.
