I really like roller massage, it gives a good general feeling. After the first time it was already a pleasantly light feeling, a little dying in the muscles, being pleasantly light. It wasn't until the evening of the next day that some of the muscles were sick, as if going skiing. The second time, he also felt good, but there was no more muscle tension.
