I signed up several years ago, there were cheaper and more expensive options, and I decided to go with their "tailor made" solution which was priced in between that included a virtual address, contact person, and accounting for annual reports. What a mistake that was. The first few years were ok but I kept getting nickeled and dimed along the way, 50 Euros just to receive 1 letter, then annual reports were suddenly an additional charge, and to make things worse, the attitude and tone by Kaido was extremely poor. Sending condescending emails, most recently about an address change, lecturing me on the importance of updating my address, while at the same time his own email footer contained the wrong address.... Now Lettica refuses to carry out the work that I paid for, accounting and annual reports, in fact I pre-paid the "Accounting" invoice, that's the title of the email, in July, and in November, the work still wasn't carried out, so I attempted to do it myself, but I don't have portal access so I again asked Kaido to do my annual reports and he simple refused saying he's busy. Lettica now also claims they have no such package (again, referred to as accounting on the invoices received and paid in full, months ago, for a TAILOR MADE solution). What a NIGHTMARE. Lettica cannot be dependent on and do NOT recommend you prepay for any work, or trust their tailor made services that suddenly turn into packages that aren't honoured. There are more professional companies out there.

Lettica is a very straightforward e-residency company that can quickly guide anyone through the formalities of setting up business in Estonia remotely. Their representatives are responsive, reliable and to the point. Their prices are also reasonable compared to other service providers in this sector. I highly recommend their services.
