Most terrible service offer in Estonia.

If you are a foreigner, I strongly not recommend you to use this bank. I had very bad experience with the bank. They closed my account without any reasonable explanation.

I've been a client for around 2 decades. I left the bank today as everything became too expensive. Either you pay 2 Euros for using their plastic card monthly or you pay 38 cents for every transactions and you still pay monthly fee for owning an account , even if not using it. No surprise closing the account is also very expensive. If you close your account and somebody makes a transaction during 60 days they try to tax you 3.50 pretty much for every transaction you get. They have some discounts for students but for adults they ask premium price for almost no service. SEB is not TOP3 banks in Estonia any more.
