Swedbank Liivalaia

Was report by google chrome open and by google map also open on saturday till 17. They did not update the times on all their social medias in covid19 times looks like. Updating website is not enough. The phone support was not understanding the issue. The times are made by Swedbank on google, not by google. The suggestion of the Swedbank support was to complain with google.

I d like to write about this Bank Swedbank my opinion. I warn any foreign investors or private to avoid it .You will be in contact with so incompetent advisers named: ''Product specialist'' or any strange tittles and you will get incredible horrible services & replies. Even if you are a good customer for 20 years they reply to any questions without knowledge of you and your account story. They replied without any analyse and following the manual of instructions which they don't understand. Really strange organisation and better such bank to avoid. Robot seems more efficient and clever than ''Product specialist'' of Swedbank. or any pseudo-specialist .Manager could check their employers works at least.

Great bank services and conference venue. Pity there isn't any free public parking!

Absolutely disastrous. Unable to provide simple information involving anything more than your account balance and take advantage of people's attempts at any savings, which turns out to be just a waste of money. Employees are less than pleasant and provide no information regarding what they are doing, leaving you just sitting around for no reason for an extensive amount of time while trying to find someone actually qualified to answer questions or fulfill requests. When asked questions, turn impatient and visibly annoyed. Would not recommend for any purpose. Only positive note is the availability of ATMs in the city.
