I have been using it for a year, no problem. Lost the card - reissued in 4 working days. The mobile application is adequate, although it could be better (when compared with some Russian banks)

Behavior not typical for a bank, a large amount sent to the beneficiary's account was sent back due to the wrong beneficiary's name (the name of the bank itself was spelled out). Soor could just call the recipient and resolve the misunderstanding, but no. As a result, the money "hung" in the air for two days, the deal was thwarted, valuable time and other expenses were lost.
