Superb service from friendly staff

I am disappointed in this service, there are no repair specialists. I sent the car for diagnostics in order to determine the malfunction, hoping that they would help me here, but they could not determine whether there was little knowledge or simply did not want to search. The only thing they did was update the firmware for engine and gearbox, apparently they thought that the malfunction would go away in this way. After that, I lost the seventh gear, stopped turning on. I went to Narva and back to Tallinn in sixth gear. I tried to find this gear at different speeds, accelerated the car to 160 and the gear was like this. and did not turn on. I came again, corrected, they did not take money.

Nice place, polite and friendly service. I bought spare parts and talked about new light commercial vehicles. But the parking lot in front of the house is designed with some cretin, because if two vans are parked side by side, they will not fit out the door. Truck center, anyway!

The new bus broke down 8 times. The first two times they managed to rip off our money. The third time we started to swear, the result of the subsequent times was made for free. But the point is that they do not know how to do anything or do not want to. The same problem happened in Denmark, they took 20 minutes of diagnostics to the Mercedes center, the replacement of some block and hurray. Trouble doesn't bother us anymore. And it was all free. They wanted to rip off money from us for dead batteries, due to another problem not related to us. This is all our favorite Mercedes in Maardu. On the phone Armo Lehtmaa should also learn how to talk with clients. In general, if something is broken, take even Uncle Vanya to the garage but not to Maardu.
