Never before have I been asked loyal customer card after my purchase! Went to shop some clothes yesterday. There weren't any sales nor did I have a loyal customer card. After I had paid, the clerk asked me if I wanted to join their loyalty system. I asked what's the point now? So that I could start receiving points from my next buy. Well I said I might not be coming back. But even after that she offered me a catalogue with a picture of a discount jacket that cost even less than the jeans I bought. Felt a bit bad and sad after that.

Really wide range of goods. But few minuses: the range is very visibly seasonal, difference between children's and grown-up clothes is huge, quality is very so-so. I personally would prefer that 8-10 old children have children's clothes, not mini-me versions of grown-up ones. Also colours can be brighter. Black-blue-grey-pale pink range is absolutely lifeless. But the shop-assistants are really cheerful and friendly.

Rude and indifferent service.

Lots of offers, as if Tokmannila had done business.

Quality like fast fashion, but things are not very fashionable ...
