It would be thought that because of being in the tourist area, the employee should know English. When I greeted her in English she told me very rudely that I didn't speak it and attended to the next person in line, ignoring me completely. I had to use my very bad Estonian to get a balance top-up for my phone.

Very small selection and prices are much higher. It's more like crossing the road than an R-kiosk.
