I've been there a couple times for very basic things. The doctors seemed perfectly fine to me, polite and they will not make you wait. However, I recommend not going to this place because of the following : - One of the secretaries is particularly rude and vicious (haven't seen her last time, hopefully she got replaced) - You are going to be treated as a customer's wallet before any other considerations : You will be charged 50 euros for even a 3 min consultation to get a prescription refill, when their website clearly states 15 min consultations cost 25 euros. They will find any possible irrelevant reason to tell you that you need the 30min 50 euros consultation. But apparently their profit margin isn't good enough as is, so they will force sell you a mask. I guess any opportunity is a business opportunity.

Шарашкина контора. Не дозвониться два дня уже . Написала письмо с просьбой связаться со мной . Чихать хотели. Головные боли частые , головокружения на ,что советуют пить водичку. Проблемы с поясницей на ,что запретили Мази и только обезболивающее пить . В конце концов когда добилась направления к специалисту то оказался букет проблем со спиной и мазями пользоваться надо в первую очередь. Очень странная контора и с врачом нет возможности связаться . Всегда на связи сёстры и порой кажется что они не совсем компетентны в некоторых вопросах.

I had to call for two days. The first day I tried for an hour, no one accepted. The second day was received within minutes, but the person who responded was unpleasant and denial.
