Overall is just okay. Customer experience could be definitely improved as you don't really feel warm welcome in their clinic. Some of tests done with cooperation with Synlab (another clinic) lab which result in longer processing time, as they are outsourcing some of their tests, not doing them directly. My antibodies test took 3 days for them to process. Good point that they locate at the two shoppings malls and work on the weekend.

Poor experience. Completely unresponsive - tried to get results, called (no answer), booked a call back (no call back yet), emailed (no response) - for results that are three times overdue. Don't waste your time.

Very nice service.

This is a cosy and very neat clinic with good and trustworthy doctors. It is the best private clinic I have visited so far in Estonia and is really well located in the city centre. I should highlight the fantastic customer service always provided by Ms Savitski at the reception: she is always trying to help and assist either on the phone, email or on the spot. The quality of the medical services is very good, but it is the smiling face, warm welcome and professionalism that makes me, as a patient, feel comfortable and more at ease in the moments that I need the most: when I am sick!
